We conduct detailed and comprehensive WHS audits to see if your workplace meets its WHS legislation and/or ISO:45001.

WHS Legislation
The WHS Legislation is made up of the Work Health and Safety Act 20211 and the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011. It is a legal framework that each business needs to meet to ensure they are legally compliant. This legislation has penalties (including fines) if you are in breach of it.

ISO:45001
ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard for the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) management system. It serves as a framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an occupational health and safety management system for organizations. Failure to comply can lead to workplace accidents and diseases, lawsuits, and cost overruns.

Audit Findings
SMC will audit each of the criteria of the WHS Legislation and/or ISO:45001 and then write a report with actions to help you rectify gaps.
